Force Majeure

For the purposes of the event’s cancellation and refund policy, a force majeure event will be recognized as grounds for cancellation and a refund only if JFK Airport and/or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) are closed in a manner that materially prevents travel to the event.

Force majeure events, travel restrictions, flight cancellations, or other circumstances occurring in the participant’s country of origin or country of residence that do not result in the closure of JFK or Newark Airport as described above will not automatically entitle the participant to cancellation or a refund.

Health

I acknowledge the contagious nature of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (the “novel coronavirus”), or any other virus, and understand that there may be a risk of exposure to or infection by such viruses as a result of my presence at or participation in activities at the Resort.

Food Restrictions

We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs and allergies. Please note that food is prepared in a shared kitchen environment, and we cannot guarantee that dishes are completely free from allergen traces. If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, select "Other" and provide details below so we can try and plan accordingly.
